Mary Portas aka Mary Queen of shops, if you haven't seen it this firey redhead goes around small businesses showing them were they are going wrong and how to turn things around, a bit like Ramsey does in Kitchen Nightmares, just like Ramsey she squares up to the owners (hence the boxing gloves) anyhow this is my take on her :)
